Telomere Testing
Telomeres rest on both ends of DNA. Each time a cell divides, the telomeres get shorter until the cell can no longer divide. The rate in which telomeres shortens is one of the ways each one of us ages.
Nutritional status, especially nutrients that provide methylation (B-12, folic acid, SAM-E, trimethylglycine, etc.), are important to maintain the health and lengths of telomeres.
Why Telomere Testing?
Where are you in your aging process? Are your telomeres shorting at a slow or faster rate? This test will provide you with critical aging information, information that you can use to change your lifestyle to slow the aging process.
