ABO Typing with Rh Factor
This test provides both blood type testing (A, B, or O) along with Rhesus (Rh) factor.
Rh factor can help determine if special care is needed during pregnancy. If the mother is Rh factor negative and the father is Rh factor positive, then there is a potential for the fetus to develop hemolytic anemia (low iron due to immune attack).
You should bring your Rh factor test results to your primary care physician.
