• Neisseria gonorrhoeae via NAA (urine)
  
• Chlamydia trachomatis via NAA (urine)

Notes:

• You must pick up and return the urine kit from the draw center. Take your emailed requisition form with you to pick up the kit.
• Collect exactly 25ml of your first morning urine. Women, do not clean before capturing the sample.
