Vitamin D 1,25 Dihydroxy (Active Form)
Vitamin D from our diet and sun exposure must be converted into its active form 1, 25 dihydroxy vitamin D. High or low levels of 1, 25 dihydroxy vitamin D have a negative impact on the cardiovascular, neurological, and immune systems.
It is recommended to test dietary/sun Vitamin D levels in combination with this test in order to deficiencies and/or conversion issues.
