- This test cannot be collected in NY, NJ, MA, and RI. Contact us with questions.
- There will be an additional charge of $69.00 for the RPR Quantitative confirmation for a positive RPR test and $59.00 for Antibody Identification and titer if the Antibody Screen is positive. Contact us for questions.
- If syphilis serology is reported positive, confirmation is performed by TP-PA at an additional charge. Contact us with questions.
