- Neisseria gonorrhoeae via NAA (urine)
- Chlamydia trachomatis via NAA (urine)

Notes:
- You must pick up and return the urine kit from the draw center. Take your emailed requisition form with you to pick up the kit.
- Collect exactly 25ml of your first morning urine. Women, do not clean before capturing the sample.
