Important Notes
- Test is not avaliable at all Patient Services Center. You must call 1-866-999-4041 to schedule.
- The World Health Organization experts recommend that two sperm samples be evaluated initially. These samples should be collected at least seven days apart and not more than three months apart. If there are major differences in the sperm samples, additional sperm tests should be run.
